Due Diligence / Asset Valuation
Our staff has the experience and expertise to evaluate assets, recognize strengths and weaknesses in the relationships, develop offensive and defensive strategies for the management / disposition of the assets, and calculate the market value and cost to liquidate.
Liquidation
Numina Finance can provide turnkey liquidation services for all types of assets including:
- secured and unsecured loans
- owned real estate
- equipment
- inventory
- accounts receivable
In addition to liquidating individual assets we can package, market and negotiate the sale of asset pools.
Numina Finance's Fees & Expenses
Our fees are negotiable and typically based on the value of the assets managed plus incentives for success. Expenses associated with the management of a portfolio such as legal fees, appraisals, etc. are charged to the portfolio owner. Fees for due diligence are charged at an hourly rate plus expenses.
